In short, easy to follow videos we will guide you week by week through what movement and exercise supports your healing and rebuilding. ***Although we'd love to hold your hand from the very beginning, this program lays your foundation regardless of how many weeks you are postpartum*** You can start this program whenever you are ready (week 1, week 12 or even 6 months)
